Câu hỏi và câu trả lời mẫu
Do you live in a house or an apartment?
Well, neither, actually.
I rent a small room near my university, on the second floor of a building full of students.
It's nothing fancy, but it does the job.
The downside is that there's no proper kitchen, so I have to make do with a rice cooker.
Can you describe the place where you live?
Honestly, it's pretty small, but it gets plenty of sunlight.
There's just enough space for two beds, two desks, a wardrobe and a tiny fridge.
The walls were kind of bare, so I've brightened them up with photos I took on my phone.
Now it really feels like home, you know.
How long have you lived there?
For a bit over two years now.
I moved in just before my first term, and I've stayed ever since.
I mean, the rent is reasonable, and it's only ten minutes to class on my electric bike.
That said, I might look for a bigger place soon, because my books keep piling up.
Who do you live with?
Just one of my classmates, Trang.
We met in first year, and a few months later she moved in so we could split the rent.
We get on like a house on fire, actually.
Mind you, she's much messier than I am, so I'm always picking her clothes up off the floor.
What part of your home do you like the most?
Oh, my desk by the window, without a doubt.
It's where I study and plan my week.
In the evening I turn on a little lamp, and it feels really cosy.
I guess it's the one spot where I can lose myself in a book and forget about exams for a while.
What kind of house or flat do you want to live in in the future?
Something small but modern, I suppose.
Ideally, it'd look out over a lake, because I love walking around the water in the evening.
Above all, it needs an oven.
I've been dying to bake again ever since I moved to Hanoi.
Come to think of it, a little balcony for a few plants would be nice too.
