Câu hỏi và câu trả lời mẫu
Is waste sorting common in your country?
Not really, not yet.
Basically, my building has one big bin by the lift, and most people throw everything in together.
The city's rolling out new sorting rules in some areas, but old habits die hard.
Mind you, younger people seem keener on it, so things are changing bit by bit.
Did you recycle when you were a kid?
Yes, actually, without realising it.
My mum kept old newspapers and plastic bottles in a corner of the yard.
Whenever the scrap collector came down our lane, she sold the lot and let me keep the money.
So I guess we were doing our bit long before recycling was a thing.
What do you do when you see rubbish on the street?
Honestly, not much.
I'm no saint.
If something's right next to a bin, I'll pop it in, since that's no effort at all.
But I'm not going to clean up after strangers.
I'd feel a bit awkward, you know, starting on a whole pile in front of everyone.
How do you recycle things like paper and plastic?
Well, nothing fancy.
I keep a bag on the balcony for paper, bottles and cans.
When it's full, the cleaner in my building takes it and sells it on.
Rinsing everything first is a bit of a faff, and half the time I forget.
But to be fair, it only takes a few minutes.
Do you think schools should teach children about recycling?
Yes, I reckon they should.
Kids pick things up quickly, so if they get into the habit early, it sticks.
A colleague told me his little daughter did a project at school.
Now she puts her foot down whenever he throws a bottle in the wrong bin.
So yeah, she's basically the bin police at home.
