Câu hỏi và câu trả lời mẫu

Do you remember your first day at secondary school?

Oh, I remember it quite clearly.

The thing is, none of my primary school friends were in my class, so I had butterflies in my stomach all morning.

Then the girl next to me broke the ice by asking to borrow a pen.

We ended up sitting together for the next four years.

Were there any subjects that you found difficult at secondary school?

Yes, physics.

Maths was my best subject, so I assumed physics would be easy, but I couldn't get my head around electric circuits.

I mean, I'd memorised all the formulas, but I never knew which one to use.

Honestly, I fell behind for a while, until a classmate showed me how to sketch the circuit first.

What was your favourite subject at secondary school?

English, hands down.

Our teacher brought the lessons to life with songs and little role plays, so it never really felt like studying.

I reckon that's why I don't mind IELTS now, even though I mainly need it to graduate.

Actually, my little brother has her for English now.

Is there anything you miss about your secondary school?

Mostly my friends, I'd say.

We used to buy snacks from the stalls outside the gate after school and sit around chatting.

We've drifted apart, though, because most of us live in different cities now.

I guess I also miss not having a care in the world.

Back then, my biggest worry was a surprise fifteen-minute test.
